Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi city tour (L/D)
For the first day of Hanoi – Sapa – Ha Long – Ninh Binh 6 days 5 nights you will follow the guide to take Hanoi city tour 1 day.
The tour guide picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter.
Arrive at Tran Quoc pagoda – the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.
Visit the Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969.
Then visit One Pillar pagoda which worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.
Continue visiting the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.
Have lunch at the restaurant.
Go to Hoan Kiem lake to visit Ngoc Son temple, which honors General Tran Hung Dao who defeated the invader in the 13th century.
Come back to your hotel.
Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - Trang An - Bai Dinh - Hanoi (B/L/D)
Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant. Our bus transfers you to Ninh Binh (110km).
In Ninh Binh, visit Bai Dinh pagoda which has the heaviest and highest spectacular Buddha statue in Vietnam. There is a set of bronze Tam The which is the biggest in Vietnam and several La Han statues.
Have lunch at the restaurant with special food.
Afternoon: Discover Trang An eco-tourism with a small boat.
Return to Hanoi.
Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Village (B/L/D)
Have breakfast at the hotel then check out the room.
06:30 AM: Meet your guide and driver at your hotel. You depart to Sapa.
Follow the new Highway ‘Noi Bai’, Lao Cai, length 245km, will take around 5 hours to Sapa. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the region, while on the road.
12:00: Arrive in Sapa, enjoy lunch at the restaurant then proceed to visit.
01:30 PM: Exploring Cat Cat – Shin chai village of H’mong – a colonial French discovered area and a renowned resort to officials from the early twentieth century. Arriving to Cat Cat village, visitors will be visiting the Hydropower station, the waterfall of Cat Cat village, as well as learning about the culture, customs and unique people here with traditional crafts such as weaving, carved silver, hand forged agricultural tools.
Pick up from Cat Cat village and back to Sapa town. Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant.
Overnight in sapa.

Day 4: Sapa - Ham Rong Mountain - Fansipan (B/L/D)
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out the room.
08:30 AM: The guide takes you around Sapa center climbing the mountain Ham Rong (Dragon’s Jaw) – one of the spectacular and wonderful peaks of Sapa.
(Option: If you do not want to visit Ham Rong, you can visit Fansipan with your budget).
12:00: Come back to Sapa town. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, you have all time free in the afternoon and night for leisure and shopping.
02:00 PM: The driver takes you back to Hanoi.
09:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. You will check in the hotel. You are free to enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong (B/L/D)
You will have breakfast at your hotel, and then around 08:00 – 8:30 am: Leave Hanoi city for Ha Long International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Ha Long city. Refresh at the lounge.
12:00 – 12:30 pm: Embark on a 3-star cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink and receive a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in to your cabin.
1:15 pm: Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at the Ti top Island area.
3:00 – 4:00 pm: Join a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave (also called Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
4:00 – 5:00 pm: Climb to the peak of Ti Top Island for a panoramic view of the bay. Descend and relax on the beach, and swim in the crystal-clear water.
5:20 pm: Return to the cruise, enjoying the sunset while relaxing during Happy Hour until dinner time at the bar.
6:00 pm: Enjoy Happy Hour with various discounted drinks. Take part in a cooking demonstration and food décor with our Chef.
7:00 – 9:00 pm: Dinner is served. Private dinner is available upon request.
9:00 – 10:00 pm: It’s time to join squid fishing with the crew, sing karaoke, or simply relax in your cabin.

Day 6: Halong - Hanoi (B/L/D)
06:30 am: Welcome the new day with an amazing dawn on the Legendary Gulf of Tonkin. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi lesson on the sundeck.
07:00 – 08:00 am: Take in the morning view of seascapes with a cup of tea or coffee, and have breakfast while enjoying the charming labyrinth of Karst.
08:00 – 09:00 am: Join a guided tour to explore hidden parts of the bay, such as Luon Cave. You can share a sampan with other tourists and a local rower or take a kayak on your own.
09:00 am: Return to the cruise for a shower.
09:30 am: Check out of your room. The cruise will weigh anchor to continue on the picturesque route toward Bai Chay Bridge for photos.
10:50 am: Enjoy lunch.
11:30 – 11:45 am: Disembark. The cruise ends.
12:00 – 4:30 Pm: Transfer back to Hanoi City, and the trip finishes at the hotel around 4:30 pm.

Travel Visa:
Most countries in South East Asia require you to obtain a visa. Please check carefully with your travel specialist regarding specific visa requirements for each country you plan to visit as the legislation does change frequently. Thailand offers a free visa on arrival to most nationalities. Other countries including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar offer a “visa-on-arrival” service which requires you to pay a fee at the airport, or you may prefer to obtain this in advance through the relevant embassy or a visa agent. For visa-on-arrival in Vietnam, you must submit some paperwork before you arrive.
If you need our assistance with visa procedures for an option to get your visa for Vietnam instead of getting visa at the Vietnam consulate in your country. Please refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Provide us your application details
- Your full name (as exactly seen on your passport)
- Your gender
- Your date of birth
- Your nationality
- Your passport number
- Your passport expiration dates (with at least 3 vacats pagess and valid for at least 6 months)
- Date of arrival ( dd/mm/yy)
- Date of exit (dd/mm/yy)
- Arrival airport
Step 2: Process your visa information into a visa application
We will contact you for reviewing your visa information and then submit your application on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration department and follow other procedures pursuant to the regulations of Immigration department to get Visa approval letter granted by Immigration department.
We will send the visa approval letter via email to you after 07 working days.
After we obtain the visa approval letter from the Immigration department for you, we will forward you a scanned copy of it by email (Your visa information then has been recorded to the Visa system of the Vietnam Immigration department).
Step 3: Get your visa stamp on your arrival
Just print the approval letter out, prepare 2 passport sized photos and an amount of USD for stamping fee ($25 for single entry visa; $50 for 1 month multiple entry visa). Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, and then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports.
Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, expect a simple form to fill in (or you can download form to fill beforehand), present the visa approval letter, passport, photos to the Immigration officer inside the counter and look for a place to hear your name be called to get the passport back and pay for the stamping fee.
