6 Days 5 Nights in Northern – Central of Vietnam by Train

We will pick you up at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi and then transfer you to the hotel.

07:30-8:00 AM: Our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and then we’ll depart to Halong Bay via Expressway Transfer.

10:30 AM: Enjoy a short 20-minute break to relax.

12:00 – 12:30 PM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and receive a warm welcome to the Cruise. We will take you on a 5-6 hour journey, cruising through a route famous for its striking passages, uninhabited islets, and outcrops that have been given imaginative names by the locals due to their perceived shapes. While onboard, you can have lunch.

02:00 PM: Visit Surprising Cave to see a plethora of stalagmites and stalactites resembling various shapes of sea life.

03:00 PM: Explore Ti Top Island, featuring a sandy beach and a towering limestone mountain that offers an excellent backdrop of the bay. Climb up Ti Top Peak for a panoramic view of the bay, resembling paradise.

04:00 PM: Enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.

05:00-05:30 PM: Cruise back to Tuan Chau Harbor, where you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy a sunset party with tea, cakes, and sunbathing on the upper deck while listening to music and having fun with your fellow tour group amidst the world’s iconic natural scenery.

06:00 – 06:30 PM: Board the bus to return to Hanoi via Expressway, and take a short 20-30 minute break during the journey.

09:00 – 09:30 PM: Arrive back at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The trip ends.

You will have breakfast at your hotel, and then around 07:30 – 08:00 PM: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up to travel to Ninh Binh.

10:20 AM: Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital, a significant relic of Vietnam’s past. Learn about the formation of the first capital located in Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh, and explore the unique architecture found in the famous temples of King Dinh and King Le, who made significant contributions to this ancient land.

After visiting Hoa Lu temple, you’ll take a bicycle to explore Trang An village.

12:20 – 12:30 PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant and relax.

02:30 PM: One of the highlights of the trip is taking a boat tour from Trang An wharf, providing a satisfying experience in Ninh Binh. Row your bamboo boat to explore numerous grottos with beautiful stalactites and enjoy the wonderful landscapes of Trang An Tour.

04:00 PM: We will transfer you to Mua Cave by our tourist bus, or you have the option to take a bike ride, allowing you to cycle through the villages in Ninh Binh and observe local life.

Upon arrival at Mua cave, start climbing nearly 500 stone steps to reach the top. Experience the fresh air and admire the panoramic view of beautiful Tam Coc.

05:20 PM: The trip ends, and we will return to Hanoi city.

07:00 – 07:25 PM: You will be dropped off at train station. You will catch SE1 at 08:55 pm to Danang.

Upon arrival Da Nang train station around 12:30 PM, our driver takes you to Hoi An.

Custom tailoring is a huge industry in Hoi An. Hoi An is home to more than 400 tailoring shops and thousands of tailors who are not only talented at making clothes but are skilled in making shoes and handbags as well! The average turnaround time for full suits is a day and about 4 hours for handbags or shoes! If you are interested in getting custom-made items, try to find a shop of your liking as early as possible during your visit.

The afternoon is the perfect time of day to see some of the famous sights within Hoi An. You will cover all meals with your own budget.

Hoi An is beautiful not only because of the ancient old quarter but also because of the countryside around the city. Only 15 minutes cycling from the city center, you will be surprised by the beauty of an amazing vegetable farm called Tra Que village. The special thing here is that people use only seaweed to fertilize the herbs, so they are totally organic. Visiting Tra Que village on a bike tour, you will have an easy ride through the beautiful rice fields watching water buffaloes lounging in the mud during the hot days. Moreover, you will have the chance to interact with local people when you experience farming work and make some rice paper.

The people of Hoi An believe that hanging lanterns in front of their house will bring luck, happiness and wealth to the members of their family in the house. Learn how to make your own awesome handmade souvenir lantern during this combo tour package.

This tour combines a cycling trip to Tra Que village and a short handmade lantern making class. No prior skills are required. After completing your products, you say goodbye to the locals and go for a light lunch. At the end of the tour, a bowl of Pho for lunch is a must.

1:00 PM: Free time to visit & play games at Fantasy Park, explore King Peak

3:30 PM: Return to Cable car & departure for Hoi an

4:00 PM: depart to Hoi An city

5:00 PM- 5:30 PM: Hotel drop off.
