Itinerary

Day 01: Hanoi – Ha Long bay – Lan Ha bay (L/D)

08:30 AM – 09:30 AM: Shuttle bus picks up at hotel in Hanoi Old quarter and departs for La Pandora cruise 2 days 1 night ( Lan Ha bay). Short break halfway.

12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of La Pandora cruises. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, and crew in the cruise briefing, and safety instructions.

01:00 PM: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through islets of Duck.

03:30 PM: The cruise sails through Lan Ha bay. The area is surrounded by extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes.

We progress to the Ong Cam area of Lan Ha bay – a separate part of Ha Long bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.

05:30 PM: Back to La Pandora cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.

07:00 PM: Dinner is served at the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.

After dinner, retire to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access, or play exciting games. Overnight on board.

Day 02: Dark & Bright cave – Ha Long bay – Hanoi (B/L)

06:00 AM: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.

07:00 AM: Light breakfast, coffee, and tea served.

08:00 AM: Visit Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.

09:15 AM: Back to our La Pandora cruise, relax before checking out.

10:15 AM: Join a cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our specialty, spring rolls) on the cruise.

10:45 AM: Lunch is served on board.

12:00: Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender. Take our shuttle bus to return to Hanoi.

03:00 – 03:30 PM: Return to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel. End of the trip La Pandora cruise 2 days 1 night.

Children price

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – Subject to the availability) – Limited to 1 child / 1 cabin.
Children from 5 to under 10 years old sharing the cabin with 1 adult or 2 adults are charged 75% adult.
Two children stay in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each.
01 child from 5 to 10 years old stays in a separated single cabin is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.
Children from 10 years old will be charged as adults.
For private/ charter cruises: Children from 5 years old will be charged as adults.

Cancellation by customer
For most of our tours, once the tour is confirmed and fully paid, but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation before tour commencement:

From 30 to 45 days prior to check – in: 25 % of the total rates
From 15 to 30 days prior to check – in: 50 % of the total rates
From 07 to 15 days prior to check – in : 75 % of the total rates
From 7 days prior to check – in: 100% of the total rates

Note:

There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
For no showcases, there will be no refund.
All cancellations must be in person or writing and received by us.

Cancellation by weather
In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causing an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there is more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the unused portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental, or tours will be given.
