Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Long bay (L/D)

07:30 – 08:30 AM: Our tour guide picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter then departs for Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night.

08:30 AM: Get on the bus and move to Ha Long bay.

10:00 AM: Arrive in Hai Duong province, you have 20 minutes short break.

12:00: Next, check in at Tuan Chau harbor, Ha Long bay.

12:15: Welcome to the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink, get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check in your cabin.

12:30: Then have Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

02:30 PM: Arrival at Luon cave, take bamboo boat or kayaking to visit around the sightseeing.

03:30 PM: Continued exploration of the bay.

04:00 PM: Visit Pear farm or Titop island (summer option), and swim in the bay.

05:30 PM: Comeback the cruise and relax, free fresh fruits are served.

06:00 PM: Join a cooking class guided directly by the chef. You have a chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring rolls or the famous cuisine of Vietnam.

Cancellation by customer
For most of our tours, once the tour is confirmed and fully paid, but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation before tour commencement:

From 15 to 20days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
From 08 to 14 days prior to check-in: 50 % of total rates
From 07 days prior to check-in:100% of total rates
There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
For no showcases, there will be no refund.
All cancellations must be in person or writing and received by us.

Cancellation by weather

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causing an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there is more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the unused portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental, or tours will be given.

Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date for passengers.
Additional charge should be paid on Vietnam Lunar New Year, Independence day (2/9), Liberation day (30/4), Labor day(1/5), and Hung Vuong Kings Commemoration day ( 10/3 in the lunar year).
