Cancellation policy
- Cancellation 10 days in advance is subject to 30% of the total cost
- Cancellation 6 – 9 days in advance is subject to 50% of the total cost
- Cancellation 3 – 5 days in advance is subject to 75% of the total cost
- Cancellation 2 days in advance is subject to 100% of the total cost
- Cancellation of the booking must be requested by email or by phone (Zalo/ Whatsapp/ Viber)
- Elephant Travel is not responsible for any unreceived and unconfirmed cancellation requests to you. In this case, a cancellation or cancellation fee will apply
Notes
- In case you have so many bags or your bags are too big, we recommend you rent a bigger car because our car will not enough space. We will don’t take any responsibility for your luggage in this case without your prior notice.
- In case you want to be picked up at your cruise (inside the port), please pay more than 25$ per person, and inform us 7 days before so that we will have time to do all of the customs formalities. Please walk to the Entrance of the port to be picked up (about 700m – 1km from the Cruise).
- You should be available at Tien Sa port at least 1 hour before your ship leaves.
- The price is not applied for the Vietnamese Tet holiday and specific national holidays of Vietnam.
- This price may change depending on the period of the year. Please contact us to have the exact price.
- We are not responsible for your lateness.
- For other language-speaking guides such as German / Mandarin / Korean / French / Spanish /Italian/ Japanese…please send a request in advance. The price will be higher than English speaking guide.
- The booking must deposit at least 30% of the total tour value in advance.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date for passengers.
