Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi - Ha Long bay (B/L)
07:45 – 08:15 AM: Pick-up at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter and depart for Lavender Elegance cruise 3 days 2 nights.
10:00 AM: Have a short break at the stopover.
12:00 – 12:30: Embark on Lavender cruise followed by a short cruise briefing and enjoy a welcome – drink. Check in the cabin.
01:15 PM: Enjoy lunch by sampling regional fresh seafood while cruising on exquisite water, passing Incense Burner island, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog…Lavender cruise will bring you to explore Ha Long bay on the most wonderful route where just a few cruises go through.
03:00 – 04:30 PM: Experience kayaking through the magnificent landscape with Limestone mountains at Luon cave, visit Titop island, or just relax on the sun deck for fantastic views at the bay.
05:00 PM: Cooking class at the restaurant.
07:30 PM: Set-menu dinner is served.
Evening activities: squid fishing on the boat, playing card, karaoke… Or laze yourself in your free time on board.

Day 2 : Ha Long bay (B/L/D)
06:15 AM: Early morning sun rise can enjoy Tai chi lesson on sundeck.
07:15 AM: Morning view of Ha Long bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.
08:00 AM – 08:30 AM: Transfer to the daily boat.
09:15 – 10:00 AM: Begin to cruise to some of Ha Long bay’s most untouched areas: Tortoise islet, Man Head islet.
Experience kayak at Trong cave for about 45 minutes and then back to the daily boat to relax and have lunch.
12:00: Have lunch at the restaurant.
02:30 PM: Visit Pearl farm to witness the whole process to make a valuable pearl and expensive jewelry from the first step of growing and harvesting pearls from Ha Long bay.
03:30 PM: Visit Me Cung cave.
04:20 PM: Back to the Lavender cruise for overnight and join the sunset party.
07:00 PM: Dinner served at the restaurant.
09:00 PM: Evening entertainments: play the game on the cruise: cards game, chess, singing karaoke, squid fishing, and overnight on Lavender Elegance cruise.
Day 3 : Ha Long bay - Hanoi (B/L)
06: 15 AM: Tai Chi lesson on the sun – deck.
07: 15 AM: Have breakfast with coffee, tea, and bakeries on board.
08:00 AM: Visit the Surprising cave (Hang Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901. Opened for tourists in 1936, now it is a must-to-see and a symbol of the geology value of Ha Long.
09:30 AM: Check-out time. Then relax on the sun deck or inside the restaurant to enjoy the bay’s scenery.
10:15 AM: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12:00: Check out the cruise. Our car will be at your disposal to pick you up and then drive back to Hanoi.
04:30 – 05:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the Lavender Elegance cruise 3 days 2 nights.

- From 5 – 6 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and using the existing bed
- From 7 – 10 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and use the existing bed. 100% adult’s fare if using separate bed
- From 11 years old: 100 adult’s fare
- Only 1 child is allow sharing a bed with parents
Cancellation by customer
For most of our tours, once the tour is confirmed and fully paid, but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation before tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- 16 – 29 days before arrival: 30% of total tour price.
- 8 – 15 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price

- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals, or hotel accommodations.
- For no showcases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.
Cancellation by weather
In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causing an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there is more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the unused portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental, or tours will be given.
