Hue city tour one day by car and Dragon boat

Our driver and guide pick you up at your hotel in Hue center and move to Toa Kham boat station then begin the Hue city tour one day by car and Dragon boat.

Get on the Dragon boat, and go along the Perfume river to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and peaceful beauty of Hue on the way to Thien Mu pagoda – one of the oldest pagodas here.

After visiting Thien Mu, we get in the car and go to  Citadel to see the living, working, worshiping, and relaxing areas of the Nguyen Kings’ family – the last royal family in Viet Nam.

Then, we have a 5-min walk from the palace to the royal museum to know more about the king’s life through royal objects exhibited there.

Visit Dong Ba market – one of the most famous markets in Vietnam.

Have lunch with local dishes.

We will visit Minh Mang’s tomb. Minh Mang’s tomb is one of the most mystical tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty, which is a complex system of 40 beautiful constructions, including a temple, pavilion, palace, etc. Combined between landscape and architectural buildings, the tomb can be considered a microcosm of Hue Citadel, which is a perfect combination of the manmade and natural beauty of Hue.

Come back from Minh Mang’s tomb, we will stop at Khai Dinh’s tomb.  The tomb is considered to have the most prominent and impressive structure and is the last construction under the Nguyen Dynasty.

We will take a 10-min trip by car to Thuy Xuan conical hat village to visit a local family who produces the traditional hat and incent.
